All orders are accepted on a pre-paid basis. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
Returns & Exchanges
At Pretty Goals®, each product is curated with great care, and we strive to provide accurate images, detailed descriptions, and clear specifications so you can make a confident purchase.
As our accessories are delicate and crafted for personal use, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. This ensures the hygiene, safety, and exclusivity of every item you receive.
That said, we want you to feel fully comfortable before placing your order. If you need any additional information, close-up images, or styling guidance about a product, please reach out to us prior to purchase. Our team will be happy to assist and provide all possible clarity so you can make an informed decision.
Damaged on Arrival (DOA)
In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, a refund will be processed after satisfactory proof of damage is provided. Please share your order number along with clear images or videos within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp: +91 74285024004 or Email: estore@prettygoalsstyle.com
Once your claim is accepted, Pretty Goals® will arrange a pickup of the damaged product. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
A full refund will be issued once the product reaches us and is verified. We truly regret any inconvenience caused and assure you that your refund will be prioritized once the product is received back.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Return & Refund Policy shall be read in conjunction with our Terms of Use. It is governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at New Delhi, India.
