Modes of Sale

We operate in two modes:

  • Online Purchases: Orders are placed and paid on a prepaid basis through our online store.
  • Reserve in Store: You may reserve products online for pickup in‑store. A reservation is confirmed only after our team contacts you and advance payment is received; unpaid reservations may lapse.
  • Pickup Hours: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM (IST), excluding Sundays. For early/late pickup requests, WhatsApp +91 74285 24004 with your order number, or email estore@prettygoalsstyle.com.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You must not transmit viruses, worms, or destructive code. Any breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of services.

No two handcrafted pieces are identical, and such variations are natural characteristics—not defects.

Billing & Payment Terms

All orders are strictly prepaid; Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
You agree to provide complete and accurate billing details.
Orders may be refused or cancelled where fraud or incomplete information is suspected.
